Abstract: | Teacher training is one of the ways of professional development. Professional development is regarded as a necessary component to grow in the teaching field. The main focus of this study is to explore whether the training is helpful to transform their perception from training hall to classroom. The stories were analyzed through narrative reasoning method. I found that training was helpful to change teachers’ perceptions but there were many challenges and weaknesses of the training itself. ETC had limit time and human resources, so that only major needs were addressed. I also found that the transformation of training depends on teacher’s motivation, |
